Quick & Healthy Snacks for Busy Kids

If your summer was anything like ours, it was full of sunny days, visiting National Parks, swimming on hot days, lots of playing and the sound of children’s laughter. Being a mom of four can keep you on your toes and I truly wish I had at least half of the energy that my children have. They are constantly on the move and seem to be constantly hungry. In between activities I always hear “Mom, can I have a snack? I’m sooooo hungry!” I want to make sure they are staying hydrated and also getting enough replenishing nutrition for their active little bodies.
